Team Briefing

Action Centred Leadership.

Duration: 2 days
  Course Dates: In-house only

Dr. John Adair's classic course which emphasises what we must DO to lead and not BE to lead.
A 2-day course for those in charge of others at work.

Course Programme

This is an experiential course where delegates SEE, HEAR and FEEL leadership rather than be lectured to. Four leadership tasks are carried out during the course, plus a major film study is made of two leaders at work.

Leadership, this elusive, abstract word, which almost defies definition, has been researched in detail by Dr. John Adair and developed over many years to make available a short classroom-based course.

Peter Mabon has run the ACL courses for more than ten years as an accredited ACL tutor and has attended updating Master Classes in this time. Peter has also had the privilege of working with John Adair.

The course programme is highly participative.
