Peter Mabon is an accredited ACL tutor in regular contact with Dr. John Adair, the creator of the course, since the 1970’s.
The course is based on John’s research which is acknowledged world wide.
The course objectives are to:-
- Allow delegates to ‘feel’ Leadership by doing various tasks
- Let delegates assimilate Leadership by doing rather than being
- Find that effective communication is central to Leadership
- Ensure that delegates ask for clarification of objectives before starting a job
- Prioritise and allocate work effectively
- Learn to plan the work using the team
