Action Centred Leadership (ACL) & Team Briefing (TB)

ACL & TB have long been associated with each other, for very good reasons.
A leader is a communicator.
A person in charge of staff at work can spend 50 to 100% of their time communicating. That is the job.

The spoken word, oral communication is known to be best, again, for very good reasons.
Surveys show that 82% of the adult population of the UK could not write three sentences together which were correct.
Almost 50% of the adult population have some problem reading from mild dyslexia to cannot read at all.
